Marina Tower in Morgantown was looking for an update to their existing office lighting situation. The George R Smalley team conducted a complimentary lighting audit, and was able to implement an entire L.E.D. upgrade and retrofit with zero impact to their day to day business operations. Smalley was able to replace/upgrade 1,729 different fixtures, with new L.E.D. Lighting Technology, enabling them to experience more light with less energy.

Smalley was able to replace/upgrade eighty different fixtures, with new L.E.D. lighting technology, enabling them to experience more light with less energy.

Washington Ford decided it was time to update the look and efficiency of their facility and invest in implementing a full facility lighting upgrade and retrofit, enabling them to experience more light with less energy. After completing an extensive Lighting audit, it was determined, all areas of the dealership should be addressed in this project. George R. Smalley replaced or retrofitted over 500 existing fixtures consisting of older lighting technology, with new energy efficient LED technology.
